Help Define the Future of How Work Gets Done

N-Tech is looking for 200 employees across Netflix to help define the future of how work gets done.

Today we rely heavily on Slack and Google, but we don't have a great way to automate our work. We're piloting a new technology that lets any employee create GenAI-powered workflow automations — no technical background required.

By joining this pilot, you'll help us decide how we bring this capability to the entire company and move from "I wish this could be automated" to "It's already done."

We especially need non-technical employees who have never built automations before. Our success depends on proving this technology works for everyone at Netflix, not just the tech-savvy. Power users are important too — they'll help demonstrate what's possible and support their teams — but our primary focus is elevating non-technical users to become confident citizen developers.

Timeline

  • Mid Jan: Finalize pilot users
  • End of January: Pilot users trained
  • Feb - March: Pilot runs
  • April: Possibly a smaller second pilot with a competitor
  • May: Feedback/Decision

Pilot Users We're Looking For

We need every organization to mobilize to help us make the right decision. We are looking for each organization to identify the right people with the following in mind:

Non-Technical non-GenAI savvy users

We need to focus on non-technical, non-savvy GenAI users with a goal of elevating them to confident citizen developers/builders by end of pilot.

GenAI savvy users

We will need power users identified from each org to show what is possible and help drive excitement, training, and workshops with non-technical pilot users of their org.

Requirements

  • Spread across the organization to cover as many teams/roles as possible
  • Time commitment Minimum 10 hours over 10 weeks to train, explore, and change workflows to make them agentic. For GenAI savvy power users, we are asking for 15 hours over 10 weeks.
  • 3 workflow automation use cases with time spent on each (this helps ensure real transformational business cases and tracks success)

Time Commitment

It's completely okay if you don't have the bandwidth for this pilot right now. We understand everyone has different workloads and priorities.
